Our conference Coordinators will assist you in organising your conference to ensure that your individual requirements are catered for.

This specialty service will guarantee your conference is conducted in a smooth and productive manner. Throughout your conference, our Conference Coordinators can be contacted if any additional services are required. Full day room hire includes set up to your chosen style and pack down on your departure.

Available Venues


Situated 20 minutes from Mackay CBD, directly on the coastline, our resort has up to 58 accommodation rooms for delegates and offers its private Dolphin Room on the ground floor as its versatile conference venue. The Dolphin Room has direct entry from the onsite car park along with a resort entry for our in house guests and has a seating capacity of up to 100 delegates. Being tastefully curtained and carpeted, fully air conditioned with high ceilings, it offers privacy and sound proofing.

The Dolphin Room can also be serviced by its own bar and has the facilities for wireless broadband and a land phone line if required. The lighting has been recently upgraded to accommodate conference needs and we do offer a range of technical equipment included in the hire fee.

Seating Configurations


We understand for your communication to be effective, the style or configuration of the room will be dependant on the number of delegates and the preferred style of the presenter or facilitator. Choose from a variety of floor plan suggestions or our Conference Coordinator can advise you how your seating arrangements will best fit our room. Your room will be fully set up prior to your arrival for readiness of facilitator’s final set up needs.

Accommodation Information


We have 58 guest rooms available with a choice of ocean, pool and garden views and offer a discount of 20% for your corporate clients. All guest rooms are fully furnished with comfortable and stylish resort furnishings. Accommodation includes en suit bathroom facilities and a queen sized bed with either a single bed or a double sofa pullout couch.
