Dolphin Room Hire
Our private Dolphin Room is located on the ground floor and is a versatile space, offering a variety of seating configurations for up to 100 delegates. With direct access from our carpark and resort entry for in-house guests, it’s fully air-conditioned, has high ceilings, is sound proof and offers complete privacy. We also have other areas close which allows facilitators to utilize “breakout” areas. We can tailor a food and beverage package to suit your requirements.

Whatever the occasion, Dolphin Heads Resort has a choice of venues to suit any event. From large group bookings to intimate get-togethers, you can’t go wrong with our amazing location, excellent facilities and incredible views of the Whitsunday Islands.
We can also provide pre and post function accommodation for you and your guests. And, we offer discounts for group bookings of 10 or more.

Dolphin Room
The Dolphin Room is a versatile function venue featuring high ceilings and seating for up to 100 guests. Licensed until midnight.
The Salt Café, Bar & Restaurant
The Salt Cafe Bar & Restaurant has beautiful lighting and glass surrounds giving you great pool and ocean views. Licensed until midnight.
The Poolside Marquee
Can accommodate smaller events with seating for up to 40 guests, or more for cocktail style functions. With a poolside bar, it’s a relaxed and casual setting.
The Oceanfront Beach Club
You’ll love its open-air rustic charm and tiered bench style table seating. It can cater up to 60 guests with your choice of buffet style meals or platters.
The Oceanfront Deck
The Oceanfront Deck area is the ultimate party area. With uninterrupted magnificent ocean and island views this area can be set up as a bohemian style birthday celebration or with tall bars for that more relaxed get together for any special occasion. The deck is an ideal place to put a band and enjoy some music while you celebrate.
